"The band’s singer, Cees Bergman, scored several hits in the seventies with glam-rock band “Catapult” with songs like “Hit The Big Time”, “Let You Hair Hang Down”, “Teeny Bopper Band”, “Seven Eleven” and “The Stealer”.
In the years after Catapult, Cees has been active as co-producer and singer, working on many music productions. His unmistakable voice is therefore part of many recordings.
At Van Beukenstein, Cees makes a definite come-back as a genuine rock singer on Dutch stages.. Rock and Roll!!!
Six very experienced (semi)professional musicians make up Van Beukenstein ( dutch slang for a band playing very loud). They can boast years of experience in Dutch (glam)rock, soul, disco, funk and fusionbands, some of which are quite famous in the Netherlands and abroad. Now turning back to their common roots:
