1). What is the best time of the day for you to compose your music?
The best time for me to get idea's for songs, is actually in the shower. I know this might sound funny, but it's a time when all the thoughts throughout the day can just fade and I can be at one with myself. it's a time when I can just quiet my mind and let the music flow.
2). If you could choose, in what country and in what century would you like to live?
If I could choose a time it would, have to be back in the day where Tinna Turner, Etta James, James Brown etc. It was a time when music was raw and real. it wasn't just about listening but about the soul behind where the music was formed. I feel somewhere along the line the truth behind it all got lost. singing is not just about being able to carry a tune, it is much more. It's about feeling and soul, being able to express yourself as a artist, person.
3). What is your favourite meal?
Hmm favorite meal, would be a vegie pizza!
4). If you were a writer, what would be the main idea of your book and what would you name it?
Well in a way that is what a singer does, writes and sings her/his story instead of putting it in a book. My book would be called "Free To Be Me" because once you overcome all the noise and up and downs.. Your still only left with yourself. There is only one person like yourself, we need to learn to embrace that. It is not selfish to love yourself and make time for you. No matter what anyone throws my way, I'm still free to be who I am. Once you understand that, nobody can take you from you.
5). You had a million dollars and only 24 hours to spend it, what would your actions be?
If I had a million dollars to spend in 24 hours.. I would go to the poor countries and do the best I could to make a difference while i had the ability. Life is about spreading the love and helping those in need.
