About: Bamboo Party

Bamboo Party: punk\post-punk quintet from Dublin, Ireland played in E111 of the ArenaCast

"The band name was a tough one! We were recently called Elk and had to change our name due to many other Elks roaming the industry. Bamboo Party reflects us better, its different and innovative."

1. How do you see yourself in 5 years? What is your main goal as a band?
We can see ourselves touring all over. Thats our over all goal - play gigs.

2. Can you name some peculiarities that define the music scene in your town/country?
Dublin and Ireland have a close knit music scene. Its like a little community. Everybody knows everybody!

3. What do you think of episode 111? Which of the other featured songs do you like the most?
Really great episode! Enjoyed all the bands featured, especially liked Phoenix Club

4. Is there a story behind your song "Warning Signs"?
No story behind Warning Signs but it is one of our favourite songs to do live.

5. Please share your nearest plans. What are you currently working on?
We have plenty of gigs lined up and are trying to get over an intense summer of festivals! Our next aim is to get back recording and try and spread our music all over!
