About: MadCraft

MadCraft: four piece pop-punk band from Helsinki, Finland played in E117 of the ArenaCast

" We have done over 100 gigs in about two and half years. Mostly in Finland, a couple in Sweden and Estonia. We're going to play a small tour in the UK at the end of November. So that's really exciting. Here are the UK tour dates:

29.11.2012 @ On The Rocks, Bournemouth (UK)
30.11.2012 @ The Fighting Cocks, London (UK)
01.12.2012 @ Flairz, Hastings (UK)

We're also playing a Hangout gig online on Google+ on Saturday November 24th at 2PM EDT. More info about that will be posted on our Google+ page soon.

All our live dates can be found on our Official site"

1. How would you describe your average fan?
We hope that our music can be enjoyed by anyone but I think the bigger part of our fans are on the younger side. Anyone who likes good music with a pop punk edge.

2. What are the sources of your inspiration?
Life in general. Good bands and good music. It can be pop punk, hardcore, metal or hiphop. As long as it's good!

3. What bands featured in E117 of the Arenacast you liked the most? With whom you would like to make a common gig?
Spinless YesMen sounded fun. We could play with them.

4. How do you think our generation would be passing the music to the next generations? Cds, vinyls, or links to itunes?
We believe music is becoming more and more digital. Streaming services and YouTube are the medias of today. Videos are becoming more and more essential to bands.

5. What would you choose: a performance on the biggest stage of your country or a new album record? Why?
We'd definitely choose the big stage! We are producing our music ourselves at the moment so we can record a new song or even a full album when ever we like.
